Why Make a Will

It is very important to make a Will.

A Will is not something that should be done at the last minute. It is something that should be given considerable thought to ensure that your loved ones are well provided for after your death. All age groups should consider making a Will particuarly if you have young children, a child with special needs or someone that you want to provide for.

You are not required by law to make a Will. However, the best way to make sure your assets are distributed in accordance with your wishes is to make a Will. If you die without a Will, your assets will then be distributed according to the law, rather than by your wishes.

Your Will does not take effect until death. Therefore, you can change your Will at any time.

Request a Call Back or contact us directly and one of our team will discuss your Will or Estate and how we can assist you.
