Storing a Will
Your Will is an important legal document and as such it should be stored in a safe place. Any damage to a Will could lead to challenges to the Will. A lost Will can cause a lot of problems and a lot of expense.
There is presumption that if a Will is missing and is traced to having been in the deceased person’s possession, that it was destroyed by that person.
You can store your Will with us in a fireproof safe at no cost.
Request a Call Back or contact us directly and one of our team will discuss your Will or Estate and how we can assist you.
